Our client is seeking an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Solicitor with 3-5 yearsPQE to join their highly regarded Real Estate team based in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience working for a dynamic team for an outstanding firm that strives to be the best in its industry and is committed to the development of its people.
The team advise a diverse range of clients across the UK and internationally ranging from innovative entrepreneurial businesses to individuals and charities.
The ideal candidate would have substantial experience in energy and development transactions, however the role will otherwise cover a very broad range of matters, including energy leasing, residential and commercial development transactions, strategic land transactions, property led business sales, commercial landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, sales and purchase and property management.
