Real Estate Disputes Associate - Southampton

A leading UK law firm is looking to recruit an Associate with 2-6PQE to join their Real Estate Disputes team in Southampton.

The team advises a variety of clients on all areas of Real Estate Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Areas of expertise include adverse possession claims, boundary disputes, exclusivity agreements, land registration, land development, and manorial rights. The team also has expertise in dealing with high value properties. The role will also include assistance in the development and supervision of junior staff, in addition to supporting senior staff with departmental tasks. You will be expected to meet or exceed fee income targets and work profitably, whilst delivering a high standard of technical work.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Associate to engage with the team, as well as the clients, with the ability to develop business with networking and marketing. To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified solicitor with circa 2-6 years' previous experience in property litigation, real estate or property dispute work. The ideal candidate must also be able to process a large or complex caseload efficiently and accurately.
