NEW for 2022/3: UK London Law Firm: Following Needed for high Compensation. IA Partner Head of Department: full international arbitration experience from a UK or US law firm and, in-particular, detailed IA work is needed at this growing Global practice HQ in London that is enhancing its bottom line in this particular sector Globally .. this role in central London, but has a global relocation element also.  Work will include cross border disputes and enforcement/s, fraud, sanctions and asset recovery along with the usual general IA commercial disputes. This top law firm is well known within its Global and London circle and, as a mid-cap Global player, competes regularly with the largest firms on a regular basis - all over the World.  With the IA work on offer ‘top tier’ and, with this type of role rarely offered, you will partner direct with partners across the globe.  The team is familiar with all aspects of international arbitration; included, but not limited to, injunctions, appeals, mediation, attachments, and enforcement proceedings worldwide.
