Corporate Associate - Offshore law firm - Singapore - 3 to 5 years of PQE

Our client is a leading offshore law firm with a strong presence in Asia.  Due to continued growth it is seeking an Associate for its busy team in Singapore.  The successful candidate will be a mid level corporate associate with 3 to 5 years of experience, and you will be qualified within a commonwealth jurisdiction.  You will have strong M&A experience and general corporate experience and will be currently working for a well regarded corporate practice. You may be based outside of Singapore, but you will have a strong commitment to develop your career in Singapore.    You will enjoy working closely with very capable and experienced partners on a very diverse spectrum of Cayman and BVI transactions. Chinese language skills are preferred, but are not a prerequisite for this role. Our client provides a collegiate environment and considerable support and it has a well established office with a strong client base.  On offer is an attractive remuneration package, quality work and strong long term career development prospects. A relocation package is available for candidates based outside of Singapore.  US$150k to US$200k.
