In-house Commercial Counsel

We are keen to speak to Commercial contracts solicitors looking for a quasi in-house legal opportunity, who have ideally over 4 years worth of experience in dealing with commercial contracts work.

We are working with a client offering a commercial contracts solicitor to work as part of a quasi in-house legal team dealing with a range of commercial agreements such as distributorship and agency contracts, sales terms and conditions, licensing agreements and collaboration agreements.

There are additional responsibilities including mentoring junior Lawyers and and managing key relationships.

The clients are disrupting the market through new technology across areas such as AI, fintech, and deep learning.

To be successful in this position you will:

• Between 4 - 8 years PQE
• Have experience in commercial contracts either from a private practice or in-house background
• Be keen to support this client across the "golden triangle" ecosystem, and therefore be flexible to work across Oxford, London and Cambridge
• Be keen to build relationships with key contacts and advise across a range of agreements
