Leading Channel Islands law firm with a reputation for both the quality of work it offers clients and the supportive, collegiate culture it fosters internally, seeks motivated, ambitious lawyer for its highly rated transactional practice which advises on the full range of banking and finance matters, the establishment and administration of all types of investment funds and related structures, financial services and regulatory issues, as well as significant corporate and commercial transactions.

With c2-6 year PQE  (UK/Commonwealth qualification) applicants will possess solid technical skills and an eye for detail, a client centric & commercial approach plus the ability to think on their feet. Furthermore, you will have hands on experience across a range of corporate/commercial, banking, finance and FS regulatory matters, developed within a respected onshore or offshore law firm. Comfortable in a client facing position, you will be expected to take a front seat in business development initiatives while also actively involved in building the firm's know-how and external reputation through involvement in seminars/writing of articles/presentations etc.
