Construction Litigation Professional Support Lawyer

THE ROLE

For a proactive lawyer to provide professional and Knowledge support to fee earners in the London Construction team in relation to both the contentious and non contentious construction practice.

The PSL will help to develop Knowledge Strategy for Construction and implement projects, providing assistance in research/Knowledge, training and Business Development activities.

The role also requires the PSL to prepare and deliver presentations and articles for and with partners and other fee-earners, supervise and train client secondees, and develop and manage a set of precedents for the Construction team.

Although not a fee earner role, there will be a need for support in researching and preparing legal opinions for client matters, and preparing timely responses to legal questions for such matters.

The PSL will assist the partners in communications in relation to events and developments and liaison and communication between Construction and both Litigation/Arbitration.

ABOUT YOU

A construction solicitor or barrister with 5pqe + you will have an awareness of the importance of Business Development paired with well developed organisational and communication skills, written and oral.

A 4 day week can be accommodated if you are looking for part time arrangements
