Full Job Description
This well-established, regional Sheffield practice are looking to recruit a civil litigation lawyer. It is a professionally managed practice, which is well resourced and attracts high calibre lawyers.
The partners and management team are approachable and supportive and look to continually invest in the practice and people development. As a result, there is an incredibly low turn over of staff.

This is a new position in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team and would be suitable for a 5-8 year pqe fee earner.

The team works well together across the network of offices across South Yorkshire. At a senior level, there are a number of highly experienced partners, who are able to provide excellent training and mentoring. With supervision, you will manage your own caseload and be given plenty of client contact.

Your immediate caseload will cover an interesting mix of cases including:
Contractual Disputes,
Residential Landlord & Tenant litigation
Consumer Disputes
Property Damage, Construction and Boundary Disputes
Moving forward, there will be scope for further specialisation in niche areas of civil disputes and commercial litigation.
