This highly-rated and well-liked major West-End law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an Associate to join their busy and thriving Construction Disputes practice in London. Working closely with their renowned London and national Real Estate practice, their team acts for a range of impressive clients, advising on a variety of high-end contentious Construction matters across a diversity of industry sectors, including hotels, logistics, retail and sport. The role will entail working as part of a close-knit team to support partners in London and assist in growing their Construction Disputes offering in London and nationally. Matters will focus particularly on proceedings before the TCC and all forms of alternative dispute resolution for major domestic UK projects. The firm are seeking excellent technical skills, including strong knowledge of JCT, FIDIC and NEC, a dedicated and strong client focus, and drive and enthusiasm for the practice.
