The Department
The firms commerce & technology department is ranked on the legal 500. Working as a member of a team of 6 partners and 13 lawyers, you will be advising leading companies in high growth innovation driven markets representing both fast growth venture backed companies and more established companies on their tech and data transformation needs. You will have an interest in technology and keen to assist the team build on its market leading position in FinTech, fashion and travel as well as Disruptive Tech more generally.
The Opportunity
Our Commerce and Technology team is looking to hire a 1-4PQE associate to assist with technology and data related commercial agreements and associated privacy and regulatory advice.
Experience Required
- All aspects of GDPR compliance and advice
- Advising on data transfer and sharing agreements
- Privacy issues as they relate to marketing and advertising
- Product launches and advising on data and privacy related risks and compliance
- Website Terms of Services and Terms of Sale
- SaaS Agreements
You will also have experience advising on legal issues related to the development and growth of technology and internet enabled services including e-commerce, AI, social media, big data, digital marketing and advertising.
