A new vacancy has arisen for a Junior Banking Solicitor to join the West End office of this Legal 500 firm.
The Firm
The practice is dynamic, several lawyers write for the national press and industry publications and are ranked as leaders in the field in the legal 500, they have the highest level of experience and house lawyers who are at the top of their game.
The firm continues to scale the rankings of the Legal 500 and has a significantly increased headcount over recent years. They are a Real Estate focused firm, with several departments which compliment this nicely including; Planning, Construction, Corporate, Banking & Litigation. With the growth of the department, there is an excellent scope for progression with a platform to rise the ranks.
The Role
This Legal 500 firm are looking for a Banking Solicitor (non-contentious) to join their stand out office in the West End of London.
The Banking & Finance department work closely with the firms Real Estate, Private Wealth and Corporate Tax departments.
The department has expertise in; Secured & Structured Lending, Acquisitions and Leveraged Debt, Securitisations Structures, Asset Finance, Debt Structuring, Funds, Swaps & other Derivatives. They act for Borrowers, Lenders and Funders in all types of Financial transactions.
You will join a highly experienced, Legal 500 tier department. The team are professional, friendly, supportive, and strong business generators. With the growth within the department, you will have excellent prospects, you will work side on side with industry leaders, giving you a platform to rise to the top.
Requirements:
- You will be a non-contentious Banking Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE
- You will have first class interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid client relationships
- You will be able to manage a busy case load
Renumeration:
- The firm pays above market rate, and the overall package will be dependent on experience
- Excellent training, investment and development of staff
- Track record of individuals progressing at the firm
