My client, a top asset manager, are looking to hire a lawyer with UK regulated funds experience into their legal team in London.

The successful candidate will provide legal support and advice in relation to the UK regulated funds and UK AIFs, ensuring appropriate support to product development and management, for fund launches and/or changes.

It is essential that you are a technical expert in areas of law relevant to regulated and unauthorised fund structures and the operator of those funds, including ESMA, and FCA rules and regulations relating to investment management, UCITS, MIFID and AIFMD.
