Segal Placements is working closely with a leading Central London Firm with a fantastic brand who are keenly looking to grow their Corporate Team with an experienced Partner from a top 150 Firm for succession reasons. The Corporate team is a smaller group compared to other departments within the Firm with just a handful of fee-earners in that discipline.
The successful Partner (or Senior Associate) will be experienced in high-value corporate transactions be it general M&A, Capital Markets, JV, Private Equity or Venture Capital work. Entry level will be dependent to a certain extent on portable following / business case although the Firm has and will pay something of a premium in order to attract the right individual
The Firm currently represents HNWs and UHNWs, SME's and small to mid range companies including some AIM-listed entities.
The firm is highly collegiate, a 'happy ship', and have had several extremely successful/profitable years despite the COVID pandemic and as a result have a war-chest with which to invest.
With a 2-tier Partnership structure, the Management are not opposed to brining lateral hires straight into a full-equity position and have a track record of doing so.
