Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Executive with around 4/5+ years experience to join their Residential Property team.
You will enjoy a caseload of varied and challenging work with a focus on new builds and leasehold, where you will be expected to advise on complex legal matters in everyday terms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Residential Property, and will have experience in a full range of matters including new builds & leaseholds, purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold property, remortgaging, transfers of equity and first registrations of land.
You will need to have strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and individually. You will need to be familiar in working with case management systems and have good IT skills.
