Funds (2-6yrs PQE) - Premier Offshore Law Firm, London

The London office of this premier offshore law firm seeks ambitious associates for its expanding Funds & Investment Management practice. The team actively services a blue-chip client base and combines extensive knowledge and experience of Cayman Islands law with the in-depth strength of a global law firm.

This role represents an excellent opportunity to make a significant contribution to their growing London practice while benefitting from exposure to some of the best offshore legal work in the market, which will include advising on a wide range of matters such as fund formation, ongoing legal and regulatory compliance, restructuring and termination of different types of Cayman Islands investment vehicles (e.g. hedge funds, hybrid funds and private equity funds). Further, you will supported in your business development & marketing initiatives and encouraged to take ownership of your relationships, taking an active position in the direction of the business going forward.

With up to six years' post-qualification experience as an investment funds, regulatory or corporate lawyer, ideally gained within a top-tier law firm, it is essential that all applicants have a strong academic background, with excellent written communication and drafting skills. The successful candidates will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues, while working well in close knit team environment.
