Job Details
A rare opportunity to work closely with a Partner in a top regional firm in their Housebuilder team based in Norwich.
The role will involve supporting the wider Commercial Property team but the emphasis will be on advising Housebuider clients with a full spectrum of matters. This is an ideal opportunity to handle a variety of work with close training and development.
The successful candidate will have experience in a range of matters including conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals, affordable housing and plot sales, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, mixed site assembly and development, overage arrangements, strategic land planning, collaboration agreements, secured lending and licensed property work and site regeneration for both the public and private sectors.
You will be a qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor, of NQ - 5 years PQE, ideally with substantial property experience/training from a recognised regional or national firm.
