You can expect to gain hands-on exposure to market-leading work whilst progressing your career with a clear progression path and an attractive remuneration package.

The Firm:

Consistently recognised for its tech innovation, family-friendly practice, and focus on diversity, this is a firm that will empower you to become the best version of yourself, develop new skills and importantly, retain a healthy work/life balance.

Progression is actively encouraged, and you won't be faced with a bottleneck or promotion 'quotas'. With the firm's ambition for expansion and the Banking team's vital role in this growth, you can expect fast-tracked progression.

The Role:

You will join a market-leading Banking team as a Senior Associate in the firm's Manchester office.

You can expect to gain exposure to a variety of work, including leveraged finance, structured finance, REF, corporate lending and energy finance. This opportunity moulds around the individual, with the flexibility to specialise in areas of work and sectors that interest you the most, or retain a broader diet of work.

As a senior team member, you will work closely with the team's Partner to drive the growth of the team, by nurturing client relationships and mentoring & supervising junior lawyers. This role comes with excellent progression prospects, with a transparent path to partnership.

The firm offers an attractive remuneration package, plenty of flexibility and opportunities for client secondments (both UK and internationally).

Requirements:

  • As a guide, this role would suit a Banking Lawyer with 6+ years PQE
