The Role

Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor 2-5+ PQE to join their outstanding and progressive Central London practice.

As previously mentioned, this firm is heavily reputable in all areas, including Corporate. The quality of each person acting within this firm is of the highest standard; The senior members/directors have vast wealth and knowledge of all areas of law and use their experiences to help train and progress their staff.

They deal with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to advising clients on buying and selling companies/businesses, Joint Ventures, Stock market listings (IPO's) and the handling of other more complex matters.

The caseload is always manageable, and this practice is always realistic about how much a Solicitor can handle. In addition, a professional support network will further support you.

Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor 2-5+ relevant years PQE
  • You will be a dynamic and personable individual
  • You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • You will be able to and comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
