Job Details
Our client acts for lenders (senior and mezzanine) and borrowers in relation to the financing of commercial property investment and development, and hotels (in the UK and abroad) by way of term or revolving debt facilities. They have an experienced team which can advise on the financing of every type of real estate transaction. This has gained the team an excellent reputation for its high level of client service and its transactional expertise.
They are seeking a junior-mid level associate. This is a new and strategic role to help with the growth of the team, hence this is an exciting time to join. Culturally, it is rare for banking/finance lawyers to handle a broad range of interesting work for a very competitive salary whilst enjoying the merits of genuine work:life balance. the hourly targets are 1250 and the office empties out at c.6pm.
