This premium UK headquartered global law firm is seeking a finance lawyer with first-rate fund finance experience to join its well-regarded fund finance team based in London.
The role will cover all aspects of fund financing transactions. The team are one of the very few in the City who are specialists in fund finance. It is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious finance lawyer to work closely with market-leading partners.
The successful candidate will have 2-7 years of PQE gained at a rival City law firm or highly ranked international outfit. Experience in net asset value and debt-on-debt facilities would be advantageous but is not a requirement. Our client is happy to consider candidates without specific fund finance experience if they have a solid finance background and a keen interest to specialise in fund finance.
