Job Details
Our client is an O&G exploration company with extensive interests in the Gulf and beyond.
They are looking to hire a senior executive to take responsibility for their entire compliance and regulatory division.
Answering to the General Counsel, the role will involve working with all clients to resolve and manage issues relating to corporate governance and compliance.
Applicants must be qualified as a lawyer (qualified in the UK, US, Australia or New Zealand) and have extensive experience of working in the oil and gas industry. Applicants must have at least 15 years experience in this field and have the gravitas to lead this crucial function within the company.
Salary: £180K+ tax free
