The team provides contentious advice to a wide range of UK and international clients, including landlords, occupiers, developers, lenders and borrowers, in both public and private sectors.

Lawyers have a strong track record, advising on complex, high value disputes. They work closely with the major sets of property counsel, as well as leading property consultancies and experts, to offer clients a full range of dispute resolution services, whether through court proceedings, arbitration, mediation or other alternative mechanisms.

Candidates will have a strong academic background and will have ideally gained experience from another leading City or national practice.
