The Role:

You will join a Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property team in the firm's state of the art Liverpool office as a Legal Director.

Working with an enviable client base that includes household names across retail, sports, technology, and telecoms, you will gain exposure to interesting and varied work that will give you an engaging and rewarding caseload. The level of exposure you will receive will provide you with a strong platform to continue to develop your technical ability.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join a leading Commercial Property team in Liverpool. You will receive a highly competitive remuneration package, clear progression prospects, and an enviable work/life balance.

As a Senior member of the team, you will have a hands-on role in mentoring junior members and helping to develop the team and have a voice in the direction of its growth.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to experience)
  • Experience across a broad range of matters, including landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals, commercial leases, and developments
  • Able to work collaboratively as a team whilst taking your own initiative
  • Be an ambitious individual looking for an opportunity to take a step-up in or already at the LD level seeking a new challenge
