Job Details
We are seeking a legal counsel on behalf of our client, a fast- growing disruptive technology business in London. You will report into the Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Legal working closely with the product & strategy and regulatory teams, as well as procurement, to support our product roadmap. There is scope for progression and development and the culture is great with home working at least one day a week or there is an option for 100% home working. You will develop and negotiate customer and supply chain contracts, as well as advise on strategic matters and provide general legal support.
You will be confident in the drafting and negotiation of technology contracts. You will relish providing solutions to problems and be confident taking responsibility for your own matters, but also be comfortable working as part of the team on larger and more complex matters. You will also interact with stakeholders at every level of the organisation. You will also have the opportunity to raise your profile and grow your career in the wider organisation.
The successful candidate will have strong experience of negotiating and drafting contracts involving regulatory, software, data, IT and professional services, ideally with experience from a leading national or London law firm.
