Professional Support Lawyer

Our clients' Corporate and Commercial team have a strong reputation in the region and work with high profile clients. They are seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to provide expert technical knowledge to support their team.

You will benefit from a wide ranging client base including listed companies, other PLCs, large private companies, owner-managed businesses and high growth start-up businesses across a range of sectors. Work includes joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Law, Restructuring, Data Privacy, Intellectual Property; and Company Formation & Start-Ups.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years PQE. Previous PSL experience would be a benefit but not absolutely essential, however, excellent technical knowledge of all aspects of Corporate transactional work, Commercial agreements including Company Secretarial work is essential as the role will also include dealing with matters arising out of the Company Secretarial / Registered Office work and supporting with internal contract work.

You should also be committed to business development as you will be the first point of contact for new enquiries and will play a key role in networking initiatives.
