They are recognised as one of the most prestigious mid-size (just under 40 Partners strong) firms. They are now seeking an ambitious, go-getting junior Property Litigation Solicitor NQ-1 PQE to join its highly successful department. The Firm
This practice has a rich heritage spanning over 200 years based in Central London. They deal with an excellent quality of work and, as a result, are recognised in the Legal 500 and are top tier across several disciplines.
They have a client base consisting of ultra HNW individuals, including but not limited to; Royalty, Members of Government, Celebrities & senior public figures. They are a go-to practice across multiple sectors.
They now have around 150 members of staff and are looking to continue this growth, making now an exciting time to join.

The Role
Due to increased workflow, this firm is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor 0-1 PQE to join their team, working closely with the partners within the Dispute Resolution department.
The core property litigation team is made up of two partners and a senior associate, with support from multi-disciplinary associates, trainees and paralegals.
The work encompasses all aspects of property litigation, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, real property disputes, party wall and rights of light work, TLATA claims and professional negligence matters, and a specialist leasehold enfranchisement practice. In addition to its own clients, the team integrates with the firm's Family, Property and Private Client teams on aspects of their work.
This role will involve working alongside a highly experienced team. You will be given an excellent level of investment and guidance to further develop your knowledge and progress within the team.

Requirements

  • You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with 0-1 PQE
  • Ideally, you will have trained with a London firm or large regional law firm
  • You will have dedication and drive to grow and succeed in a top-ranking firm
  • Strong academics
