REAL ESTATE 2-4pqe WEST END, LOW TARGET HOURS

New commercial real estate role for a 2-4pqe solicitor at this dynamic, leading full service West End firm. The work involves advising a diverse range of clients from established property investment and development companies, high net worth individuals, banks and other lenders, corporate occupiers, retailers, leisure operators and hoteliers on a broad range of property matters.

The work will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases of commercial property, dealing with a range of landlord and tenant matters (including management work) acting for both landlord and tenant occupier clients; Property support to corporate and finance transactions; General property work such as development, restructuring, corporate occupier relocations and UK property advice to foreign companies.

To be considered for this vacancy you will need to have gained experience in a well regarded practice with a good real estate team. The target hours are very reasonable with agile working possible and the salary is excellent for the West End. Opportunities for personal developments and career progression are also superb!
