Experienced Real Estate Lawyer at 3+ PQE required for a law firm in Lancashire
Your new company
This is a large law firm based in the North West of England, who area eager to expand their real estate offering with an experienced commercial property solicitor at 3+ PQE. The firm are well regarded and have won a number of awards for their work, and are looking to grow their teams further in the next few years.
Your new role
As a real estate lawyer, you will be required to assist with property acquisitions and disposals, leasing, landlord and tenant issues, property finance and investment, contract drafting and negotiation, and disputes and litigation. There is room for progression through the firm in this position.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position, it is essential that you have gained some prier experience (a minimum of 3+ PQE) in a real estate environment within a reputable law firm in the UK. Having good academics is beneficial.
