The Role:
You will join a growing Real Estate Disputes team in Liverpool that is seen as a vital component in the firm's long-term aspirations.
Working closely with a renowned and down to earth Partner, you will gain exposure to a broad range of Property Litigation work for major national retailers, real estate investment funds, charities, local authorities and private clients, allowing you to develop your ability to a high level.
As part of a close-knit team, you can expect to significantly influence the team's aspirations and growth by building client relationships and developing junior lawyers. As such, this opportunity comes with clear scope for progression in a short timeframe.
Requirements:
- This role would suit a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor who is comfortable handling their own transactions with minimal supervision
- As a guide, you will be a Solicitor with 5+ PQE, but candidates with the requisite experience are encouraged to apply regardless of PQE
- Experience across a broad range of Property Litigation is essential
- Willing to get involved in business development and building client relationships
