Construction Lawyer required for a leading commercial law firm in Central Manchester

This is a growing, highly specialised commercial law firm in Manchester City Centre who are eager to further expand their offering with a Construction Lawyer. The firm will consider all levels of experience, but are ideally looking for between NQ and 3 PQE. The firm work closely with a wide range of UK businesses and organisations and have a close-knit working culture, whilst offering good flexible hybrid working.

Your new role
As a Construction Solicitor, you will be required to handle a wide range of development, construction and built project matters on behalf of the firms clients from transaction to completion. The firms construction and built projects team assist on a range of procurement of built projects, design consulting, building contracts and subcontracts, legal risk analysis and project funding matters.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position, it is essential that you have gained some prior experience in a similar construction or development based legal position. The firm will consider individuals who are soon-to-be NQ's, or up to 4 years PQE for this position.
