Commercial Solicitor

An opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor with 2+ years experience to join an established and highly regarded Commercial and Corporate Finance team and to progress your career with guidance and support from leading individuals committed to your development and progression.

The successful candidate will join a highly driven and successful team where you will gain exposure to a diverse range of clients. You should have sound technical knowledge and a strong commercial awareness, in drafting and reviewing a range of commercial contracts and agreements.

The ideal candidate will be motivated and willing to expand your knowledge, and have the ability to deliver clear and practical advice in a timely manner. You will be organised and able to manage your workload to ensure clients’ expectations are met on time.

You will have a desire to constantly improve and be adaptable to work with smaller entrepreneurial businesses as well as larger matters. You will be driven, and ideally have the desire to play an active role in the future development and growth of the team.
