Agriculture and Estates Solicitor

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Solicitor with at least 5 PQE to handle a mixture of agricultural conveyancing matters within a forward thinking team based in Chelmsford.

You must have previous real estate experience ideally within the agricultural sector. The ideal candidate should however have a genuine interest in agricultural matters and a desire to progress their career within the sector.

You will assist with commercial real estate areas such as Promotion Agreements, Overages, Collaboration Agreements and Environmental law and you will have experience in running a case load appropriate to your level of experience. 

The role will include marketing and business development and therefore you will be self-motivated, confident and have an outgoing personality as well as possessing excellent communication skills. You will ideally have an existing client base but be seeking to develop your offering of Environmental / Development work to Clients within the South Essex Area.

You will be key in the future development of the team and this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to springboard your legal career.
