Job Details
An exciting new opportunity for a Probate Paralegal to join a leading UK-based law firm on an initial 6-month FTC in London.
The Team:
The Private Client, Tax and Immigration team specialises in assisting national and international business owners, entrepreneurs, and landed estates, ensuring that assets are transferred effectively and compassionately for the prosperity and development of subsequent generations.
Your New Role:
Working directly with the Probate Manager your key duties will include:
- Handling work in areas such as Probates, Property and Tax.
- Drafting legal documents and Inheritance Tax returns.
- Assisting with preparation of bills.
- Direct contact with both clients and team of international lawyers.
- Document review.
- Legal research.
- Administrative tasks.
About You:
The firm are seeking a Paralegal with three months minimum probate experience and strong academics in addition to:
- Strong academics including law degree of equivalent qualification, LPC desired.
- Three months minimum experience working in a law firm as a probate or trust administrator or as a Paralegal within a Private Client department.
- Genuine interest in succession law.
- Able to start with short notice (1 month notice max).
