An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Paralegal to join a leading property development firm in North Harrow. The successful Property Paralegal can look forward to assisting the General Counsel across the full spectrum of group legal activities.
The firm has over 50 years’ experience managing a sizeable and very successful property portfolio, resulting in them earning the award of property developer of the year!

Your new role as a Paralegal:

However, there is opportunity to work in other areas of law to broaden your legal expertise. The successful property paralegal will primarily practise property law. You'll be accountable for the following:
  • Handling cases and property transactions
  • General management of the property portfolio
  • Preparing meeting, drafting reports and taking down minutes
  • Undertaking research on legal matters
  • Gathering relevant information for the counsel
  • Maintaining the filing of legal documents such as contracts and licenses
About You:
  • Three months’ property experience
  • Ability to use your initiative with a proactive attitude
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Excellent level of attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling large workload under time constraints
