A Construction PSL Role with a Globally Elite Firm

Our client, one of the world's most respected law firms, is looking for a construction lawyer to join them as a Professional Support Lawyer.
This role requires an experienced, proactive lawyer to provide professional and Knowledge support to fee‑earners in the London Construction team in relation to both contentious and non‑contentious construction practice. The PSL will help to develop Knowledge Strategy for Construction and implement projects which meet its needs, giving ongoing assistance in research/Knowledge, training and Business Development activities.

The role also requires the PSL to prepare and deliver presentations and articles for and with partners and other fee-earners, supervise and train client secondees, and develop and manage a set of precedents for the Construction team.

To be considered for this role, you must be:
Qualified as a solicitor or barrister in England and Wales (at least 5 years' experience)
Construction law experience
Awareness of importance of Business Development
Well‑developed organisational and communication skills, written and oral
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
Ability to work in a team environment and motivate colleagues to assist
Good knowledge of standard PC applications and IT packages
