Job Details
Global UK law firm with leading corporate and finance practice seeks a junior associate with general banking experience. The successful candidate will work closely with some of HK’s top banking partners for an impressive client base including major financial institutions and corporations. You will work on a broad range of finance-related transactions, including fixed income-related matters, loans and leverage financing, debt capital markets and convertible bonds, securitizations and other structured finance matters, derivatives, debt and equity structured products, distressed debt, restructurings and regulatory work. You will be admitted in either the UK, HK, Australia or New Zealand, with 1 to 3 years of PQE, and you will currently be working for a well regarded banking practice. Chinese language skills are required for this role. This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading firm where you will receive first class training. US$150k to US$180K
