Are you a Real Estate Associate looking to join a heavy hitting regional practice in Surrey with an unrivalled presence across the South East?
This top 200 firm is ranked tier 1 across many of their practice areas and they are looking to grow with the addition of a Real Estate Solicitor at Associate level in Surrey.
This top tier practice deals with work nationally and has an ever-growing International presence. They are multi award-winning and have an excellent reputation, often setting trends across the industry. They are a dynamic, creative, entrepreneurial, and forward-thinking.
The practice deals with a wide variety of clients, ranging from technology SME, right up to multinational FTSE 250, household names.
The firm is well managed, with a strong leadership team. Partners are more accessible than in other similar sized firms, even down to the open plan seating. This way of working has helped more junior Lawyers to obtain a level of PQE ahead of their years.
The role:
The firm are seeking to hire a Real Estate Solicitor into their flourishing Guildford office.
This Real Estate department is one of the top practices outside of London. The department is highly ranked with many of the lawyers in the department being ranked by both the legal 500 and chambers.
The department deals with a high-quality of work, they often punch above their weight and deal with transactions that on the other side of the deal are top city practices. You will work as part of a supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking and innovative team.
The caseload and client base are broad, the variety will make for a much more interesting role. The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of commercial premises, commercial leases, landlord and tenant and development work.
This role comes with excellent prospects for career progression and development.
Requirements:
- You will be a Real Estate Solicitor NQ-4 years PQE
- You should have first-class communication skills
- You should have a meticulous eye for detail
