Locum Residential Conveyancer Leicester Competitive Hourly rate (dependent on experience) Are you a hard-working and immediately available Conveyancer looking for your next interim role? Do you have demonstrable residential conveyancing experience? If so, please get in touch.

About the role:
As the Locum Residential Property Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to:

Run your own caseload of domestic conveyancing matters;
Work with a variety of clients, professionals and third parties;
Handle residential property work including sales and purchases, leasehold, mortgages, new build work and transfers of equity;

About the Locum Residential Property Lawyer:
You will be immediately available and will be able to work full-time from the Leicester office.
Essential skills:

A minimum of one year of Conveyancing experience;
Experience of residential conveyancing;
Strong organisation, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

About the organisation:
