About the role:As the Locum Residential Property Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to:
- Run your own caseload of domestic conveyancing matters;
- Work with a variety of clients, professionals and third parties;
- Handle residential property work including sales and purchases, leasehold, mortgages, new build work and transfers of equity;
About the Locum Residential Property Lawyer:
You will be immediately available and will be able to work full-time from the Leicester office.
Essential skills:
- A minimum of one year of Conveyancing experience;
- Experience of residential conveyancing;
- Strong organisation, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
