The Role:
As a result of organic growth and investment, the firm now requires a Corporate Associate to strengthen and add value to their corporate team.
This role can be based out of the Sheffield office. There are also options to work out of other national offices and hybrid working options to enable an agile and flexible approach to work arrangements.
Their Corporate Group has broad capabilities in premium corporate transactions. It offers services through the business life cycle from;

  • start-up and first-round finance
  • M&A
  • management transactions
  • venture and growth capital
  • restructuring
  • capital reductions
  • private equity funding
  • exits


You will be given autonomy across your transactions and gain exposure to more complex work alongside local and national teams partners. You will also be allowed to shape your career by focusing on particular areas of corporate law and becoming an expert within your field.

Requirements:

  • You will be an experienced Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 1 Year PQE
  • You will have the ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of corporate transactions
  • You will possess an ambition to further your career and welcome opportunities for learning and development
