Partners/Senior Associates - all areas

Our client is a fast-growing and ambitious international law firm.

Their London office is well-established and growing, and their client base spans a range of household name clients operating across a variety of sectors, including global technology businesses, insurance, financial institutions, high street retailers and across the public sector.

The firm's culture is team-oriented - successes are celebrated together. The UK firm operates as one team on one P&L and due to the businesses' innovative structure client, relationships are shared in a far more inclusive way than most firms can boast. This culture of sharing and a team ethos is what defines the firm; and they hire for cultural fit based on it.

The London office has been identified as an area for further growth, and the firm is now looking for business-minded Partner candidates with a team oriented and collaborative approach to join them. There are opportunities for Partner or potential Partner candidates across each of the firm's eight practice areas:

• Corporate
• Dispute Resolution
• Real Estate
• Employment/Pensions
• Finance/Restructuring
• Insurance
• Tax/Private Client
• Commercial/Data

If you are currently a Partner, you will have a solid practice which speaks to your ability to win work and your clients' faith in you. The value of your "book" is less important than your approach.

Alternatively, you might be a Senior Associate who can demonstrate the ability to win work and grow client relationships. Perhaps you're blocked for Partnership at your current firm by circumstance or timing. Again, the size of your portable practice is of less importance to your attitude and fit with the firm, and a willingness to plug into a generous network.

If you're not already a Partner, this is a first day Partnership opportunity - they will help you build that case for Partnership. This could be the step up you're looking for if you're a hungry Senior Associate who feels stalled behind a bottleneck at your current firm.

Whether you are currently a Partner or not, you will be an accomplished lawyer with solid training and firm experience. You will have developed a deep understanding of your practice area, and have a mature understanding of the law firm business model. You'll know how to win business, and know how to attract and develop client relationships.

Client synergies with the technology, retail, financial services, insurance, transport, and public sectors would fit naturally into the firm's current sector strengths, but there would be room for discussion if your practice comprises other sectors as well.
