This is a rare opportunity to join an equity capital markets practice at the initial stages of its growth in the London market. 

The firm is amongst the best-known brands in the US firm sector with an established footprint in London and the European market, and it is committed to growing a formidable capital markets team that can compete with the Magic Circle for work. 

The leadership of the team is already in place and client relationships will be developed from their independent networks as well as providing a more comprehensive service to the firm’s existing client base, which is comprised of blue chip names in the finance industry. 

Given the broad remit of this initial phase of recruitment, the partners are interested in hearing from junior and mid-level associates with anything from 1 to 5 years of PQE.  Candidates should be coming from highly-regarded firms in London or New York. 

It is important for candidates to have solid experience in ECM transactions including fundamental securities matters and in advising underwriters and issuers in high-profile listings. 

It is an entrepreneurial firm and candidates should have the spark of ambition to see the long-term value of this opportunity with an eye towards future career progression.  Anyone joining and establishing themselves in the team at this stage will be in a strong position going forward.
