Contract analysis e.g. comparing the draft Ts & Cs, with mark ups, highlight and tabulate the exceptions and conditions of a standard form contract.

Drafting

Contract milestone and scheduling analysis

Litigation/ arbitration disclosure document review, document coding and issue/ Redfern schedule tagging

General administration

End client communication
