Are you a junior Employment solicitor looking to join one of the South East's most prestigious, reputable law practices based in East Sussex?
This legal 500 firm is looking to strengthen its busy and well-established Employment offering based in Brighton.
The firm & Role:
- This well-established, reputable regional firm operates out of its flagship office based in Brighton. The firm has been operating in the region for over 50 years and as a result, is often considered the 'go to' firm in terms of legal advice
- Whilst they have been operating in the area for such a long time, this firm are certainly far from stuck in their ways in terms of their approach. They have a structured solicitor - partnership progression structure for those with an eye for career progression.

- This role will give you the opportunity to join a department that deals with high-quality employment work to allowing you to really kickstart your career such is the reputation of the team.
- You will be working a varied and complex caseload consisting of large-scale employers, corporations and HNW individuals across a broad diet of employment work.
The ideal candidate:
- You will be an Employment solicitor NQ-2 years PQE with an enthusiasm and passion for developing a legal career in the employment space.
- You will have a strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload.
- The growth potential of the firm means a commercially minded individual able to help grow the business and identify new clients or development opportunities is advantageous.
