Private Client Associate (c2-5PQE) - Jersey

We have been instructed by an award-winning offshore law firm recognised for providing advice across BVI, Cayman, Guernsey and Jersey law to a wide range of corporate and private clients, financial institutions and intermediaries worldwide.

In response to increased workflow, they now seek a private client lawyer with c2-5yrs PQE to join their highly rated Jersey office. Admitted in Jersey/UK or other qualifying Commonwealth jurisdiction, applicants will support senior lawyers through taking principal responsibility as appropriate for matters relating to the provision of specialist trust, foundation and related corporate law advice to individuals and institutional clients. This will also include advising on a wide range of regulatory matters and employee incentive structures.

In all cases, candidates will have developed their experience to date with a recognised onshore / offshore law firm and possess relevant private client experience, as outlined above. Further, you will be an excellent communicator with a positive / collegiate approach while being self-motivated with a solution driven approach to you work, offering sound-judgement and strong commercial awareness where necessary.
