Commercial Litigation Solicitor, NQ-3PQE, National Firm, (Leicester or Nottingham)

National practice with a solid grounding in the Midlands seeks to recruit a NQ-3PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor to its East Midlands team.

The role will be based at the firm's Leicester or Nottingham office. However, the firm operates an empowered working model and as such, employees have the flexibility to dictate when they come in to the office. Therefore, the role will also be suitable for candidates outside of the Leicester/East Midlands area.

The Team
The litigation team pride themselves on technical expertise and resources to deliver the best possible solutions for its clients, ranging from large household names and multi-billion pound turnover companies to small owner managed businesses.

The Role
The role will entail handling a mixed caseload of commercial disputes work including:

· Breach of Contract
· Shareholder disputes and Partnership disputes
· Professional negligence claims and
· Defamation claims
