In-house Legal Counsel- Family Office

Your new company

A central London based family office of tech entrepreneurs who are worth multiple billion. They are self-made and seeking a Legal Counsel to come and join their office as Sole Counsel.

Your new role

• Advise on legal ramifications of investments and investment structures;
• Review transactional documentation including limited partner agreements,
• subscription documents, side letters and related investment materials;
• Draft and review various contracts and agreements, including consents,
• nondisclosure agreements and other business-related documentation
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  
• 5+ years working in a law firm or in-house, including 3+ years working in investment or corporate development legal team;
• Experience providing diversified legal services (investments, corporate, regulatory, tax, IP);
• Knowledge of private equity and venture capital industry specifics is a plus
