About the Opportunity

The position will be responsible for managing corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance of legal entities globally and managing inter-company agreements. You will also draft and negotiate commercial contracts at Group level and support on any M&A activity. The team is responsible for best practice globally and, for a brand with a wealth of tradition and heritage along with strongly-held values of integrity, generosity and collaboration, best practice is key.

About You

The position will suit a recently qualified lawyer with at least a seat in corporate who is looking for perhaps something a little different. Knowledge of corporate structures and well as an awareness and in interest in governance is key. The position will suit and individual who values high standards and who can navigate a creative landscape. This is a business facing position and the ability to develop relationships as well as advise the business on an international basis is also key.
