Relocate to Amsterdam with an Elite Global Firm – UK Qualified Finance Associates (1-5 PQE)

We are working on a new role for a UK qualified Finance Associate to join this elite global firm in Amsterdam.

The international finance team is comprised of English qualified lawyers and work alongside the local Dutch finance group.  The international team often runs deals in conjunction with the firm’s London office, and can call on the global network for assistance on cross-border transactions. 

Currently, the head of the international finance team is looking to build out the group with at least one hire at the junior to mid-level, with candidates sought from around 1-5 PQE. 

Candidates will ideally be UK qualified with a background in London at a leading City firm, although commonwealth (i.e. Australian, New Zealand, South Africa) qualified lawyers coming from high-quality firms in their home jurisdictions are welcome to apply.

There is a real mix of work on offer, from leveraged buy-outs, investment grade facilities, export financings, debt capital markets, structured financings, and more specialist matters such as hybrid M&A involving the acquisition and financing of loan portfolios.
