The Role
2+ PQE Corporate Energy Lawyer to join Tier/Band 1 team within Bristol Top 50.
Open to all those 2PQE and above, with full hybrid working in practice, you'll undertake a broad transactional diet whilst being a core member of the cross-department Energy delivering on corporate advice, joint ventures, M&A and fundraisings.
Energy is the firm's DNA, being involved in projects domestic and overseas and competing with the City on quality, but without the lifestyle drawbacks and expectations. The team often completes the most deals internationally by aggregate value; a true stalwart in the sector.
A standout differentiator when considering their output, leading to ongoing growth in headcount to meet the needs of their enviable client base.
The role would suit an exposure regional lawyer who wishes to be more Energy-centric, or from the City and seeking a change of pace without compromising their practice.
