If successful, you will perform the following role as a Trainee File Handler:

• Initially assisting a serious injury fee earner, handling multi-track personal injury cases valued between £25,000 to £50,000
• In the long term, phase into managing own serious injury caseload, with scope to deal with higher value cases

• It is vital you have experience in Personal Injury Law
• Experience running or assistant a multi-track caseload is required
• You will be either a Trainee Solicitor, Solicitor, Legal Executive, Paralegal or Fee Earner
